Wisconsin will be submitting its application this month for the $500-million Race To The Top Early Learning Challenge expansion. Wisconsin Head Start Association has been working with the Department of Public Instruction, Department of Children and Families, and other partner organizations to make this year’s application a strong bid for improving early childhood education in our state.
